  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping address.
  • We offer flat-rate shipping options for specific regions, and rates will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 5 business days, available at checkout.
  • Priority Shipping: Delivery in 3 business days, available at checkout.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout for rates and availability.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure we can make the necessary changes before it is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Packaging

  • We take extra care to package your wax melts securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nirvanamelts@gmail.com.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wax melts. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, and we will work to resolve the issue.
